 How to make Spicy Kheema
Heat oil in pan, add onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Fry till the onions are soft. Add in chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and fry until fragrant. Add 1.5 cups water and bring to a boil. Add minced meat, curry leaves and green peas. Cook for a few minutes. Serve.
